Boiler Guarantee

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted 3-4 months ago but have had nothing from the manufacturer to confirm that my 10 year guarantee is in place. Installer has just emailed me saying that the manufacturer no longer send paperwork confirming warranties. Can anyone give me up to date info regarding this?

Could always phone WB quoting your serial number and ask whether it's registered

I just did and there is no trace of the serial number in the system!

Where are you in the UK? If your in England even if you don't receive a manufacturing warranty doc, I believe you should still receive a doc from gas safe saying it's been LA registered.
You should also have a Gas Safe Certificate and has the benchmark page (back of the installation instructions) been completed?

1. I do not have a Gas Safe Certificate.
2. The Benchmark page has been completed.

Panic over, WB have just confirmed that the boiler is registered. Thanks for the help guys.
