boiler in attic

built in loft ladder safety rail around hatch, boarded runway to boiler , 6' area boarded around boiler plus decent lighting to work with.
thats off the top of my head and not regulations. but certainly what i'd like to see. cuts down on chargeable time if i can get up to it quickly and not spend too long making the area safe for work.
