Guys,

Been redoing our kitchen, and looking fab, but in one corner we have the Baxi Combi Boiler. Looking so out of place.

Can I build a custom unit round this and put on a kitchen door, so it matches in?

Is this OK to do?

Cheers

I've just done that very thing with my new kitchen.
I left the top and bottom completely open of course, so there's plenty of ventilation.

get the exact model ( i think it is a solo RS??) check clearences in instructions online for clarification of air gaps round appliance and just make sure door opens fully to allow casing to come off for service/repair, cut base of unit to leave gap at bottom and leave top off completely and it will be fine

Thank you very much, I got the orginal manual here somewhere, lol, will check it out.

Thanks for the advice

i think the boiler is a baxi 80e or 105e combi

if so then you can put in a cupboard without ventilation. (sec 7.5 manual)
