Nest has a wired option, the two power cables 12 volt DC also carry data. But I am not a great lover of Nest, as it does not connect to any TRV heads, but I had the problem only two wires thermostat to boiler and wanted to control both CH and DHW and Nest did that for me. But the connection to internet is still wireless.
