Whats the latest regs on locating a boiler in a basement.
I've got the Baxi HE133 combi already in the basement with flue going out of the wall. I want to create this into a proper room with studs/drywall /insulation etc. Was going to box off the boiler in a cupboard but can I do that these days???
Does it need air circulation from the room? If so could I fit lourve doors? Would that meet the regs.
Can't be bothered going to all that effort boxing it in etc for the gas man to condemn it because the boilers in a cupboard!
