Boiler lossing pressure

Hi

Our boiler keeps lossing pressure. It has been checked by an engineer who says it is fine. Since then we have found water leaking out of one of the radiators, were you would adjust the temperature. Would this be the cause of the loss of boiler pressure? If so, how would I fix it?
 
this would most likely be the cause yes, try tightening the nut from where the water is leeking from then top up the boiler again
