Boiler Nightmare

Hi Guys
I have boiler problems.
Firstly the pressure in the boiler keeps going up and down a lot. When the pressure goes down below one, the boiler shuts down. I am therefore having to refill the boiler time and time again. If I turn the thermostat down the boiler seems to lose its pressure. and the system shuts down.
I did ask one plumber and he said I must have a leak but cant see any water anywhere.

Yes the water is going somewhere but dont know where.
The boiler is an Ariston Genus 27 Plus

Have you checked the pressure relief pipe?
