Boiler not firing water up

Hi there i have a concord wrs40 boiler. lately the boiler has been taking a few minutes to fire up the water from when you hit the +1 hour button on control panel...but today i switched water on for one hour and nothing. Water is not warm and boiler just wont fire...

central heating is fine and works straight away. we recently replaced the thermastat on the cylinder tank...

any ideas

Is this a fully pumped system with 2 x 2 port valves? If so check the DHW valve head.

thanks for the picture...i have something similar i have two of those, they are honeywell but they are both 2 way like the one picture you sent not 3 way. does that make sense

yup check the one to the hot water cylinder there is usually a lever on it to manually operate it
