She has already said that Tony. It will be her other half that will be trying the reset and if that isn't curing it they will be contacting an RGI to diagnose properly and change PCB should it be needed

Many thanks to INTH, Jon and Andrew. OH had tried the reset last night and it didn't work. So tonight I said hold it for a minute and hey ho back in action!! xx
