We have a potterton Suprima 30 boiler which keeps locking out due to over heating. We have already replaced the PCB & Thermistor & Overheat Stat none of these have resoved our problem. Could it now be the pump is there any way of checking to see if it is faulty. Can anyone help before we have to spend any more money !!!!

Is the pump wired through the boiler. Check to see if the pump continues to run after a demand.

check you have a bypass on the system especially if it is an s-plan with 2x 2 port valves 
How do i check if we have a bypass what do you mean by s-plan ?????
