wired up gloworm boiler there are 2 valves heating and hw.the t/clock when it calls 4 hw the boiler fires up valve opens but after about 45secs it cuts off any ideas only seems to work if c/h is on at same time?

Lack of Water in system? Primary coil in cylinder airlocked? blockage in the pipework somewhere?
