Boiler Replacement Viessmam

Good evening,

I have been quoted £4200 to replace my Worcester combi with a 35kw Viessman with unvented cylinder.

The combi is in the attic but the Viessman would be fitted in a hall cupboard directly underneath it where all the pipework runs.

Does this seem reasonable or am I being mugged ? I could get some other quotes but keen to hear people's opinions on the cost.
