Hi,

I have a customer with a Ideal W 460RS boiler. The boiler is working very well despite its age. However the casing sealing strips have seen better days. There is no signs/effects of spillage. I would like to change the seals but feel that Ideal may no longer supply them (awaiting answer to my e-mail). I was wondering if one of the pro's could tell me if I can purchase standard sealing strip from boiler parts suppliers.

PS I am corgi registered

Regards

Harry

Sure. BES do some, and Regin do different types.

I'd like to know if you can get the glass which suits pilot spyhole windows on boilers. I assume it's high temp stuff?

Thanks for your help Chris much appreciated. I will try BES and the main suppliers.
