But why do you expect to get free professional advice?
If any were clever enough to realise that all you were trying to do was to get a free diagnosis then they should have given you knowingly false information.
I always charge to diagnose problems. Otherwise I would have a full time, but totally unpaid, job.

24KW at the most for a Heat only boiler and that's with spare kw left over.
19 rads perhaps but how far but if its been added to and added to over time and most of its distribution network is 15mm its going to struggle and a bigger output boiler just isn't the asnswer
