Bosch oil heatslave 20/26, my radiators are getting so hot you cannot touch them, room stat functions and controls the pump fine, I have changed the boiler's heating stat as you open and close the contacts with the dial the heater turns on and off, and it does operate at temperature but even with it turned down to it's lowest position the rads are still way too hot, what else could it be?
The only thing I can think of is the phial bulb of the stat is not far enough down the housing tube in the boiler jacket.
