Boiler to replace WB 28si

Chaps

Our WB hasn't been a paragon of reliability over the last 10 years so with it now locking out and the high possibility of a PCB required I fear it may be time to replace rather than repair.

With that above in mind what would you consider a better replacement regarding quality and HW flow rate which I would like to see increased if at all possible
