It has to be electricity as no gaz in the residence.
Not familiar with the make Pacific but looks like a Tesy, isolate the power and drop the lower panel where the electric cable enters you will see the immersion element, it will have a manual reset overheat cut out, that may have tripped and you simply press it back in, if you are not sure ,post a pic of the element when you drop the cover

Mine has a battery backup for the anode anti corrosion so just because a lights on it doesn't mean mains power is getting through
