boiler wont fire up

hi...

a mate of mine has just moved the combi boiler a few yards away on the wall, the flue pipe had to moved and a 45 degree bend was used...problem is boiler works perfectly with front covers off...once you put the cover back on the boiler fails to fire...what could be the problem ?..

If i were you I,d ditch this MATE of yours,judging by your previous post he clearly has no idea,incompetent,get someone in asap before some one gets hurt
