I have recently bought a property and I am thinking of replacing the boiler as the one we have is over 15 years old and needs a lot of work doing to it...

I have a two bedroom period terrace house and there will only be two people living in the house. Which is the best kind of boiler to get???

Our current Central Heating System is a Traditional Boiler with a hot water tank.

I was told that a combi boiler might be best, has anyone got any advice??

Thanks in advance

Small property, low usage would be ideal for a good quality combi such as Worcester or Valliant. :)

You need decent water pressure, but yes I'd agree. Though combis are less reliable than a conventional system, you do gain space. You would do away with the tanks in the loft AND the hot water cylinder. That's worth money.
