bonding or multifinish

    I have a chimney breast opening i am blocking off Its all plaster board but one area about 8"x 4" is lower by about 9mm Am i best doing that part with bonding and the rest with multi O r could i just use one of them Area to be covered 3 ft. square

    Bring it out with Bonding Coat plaster.

    how long do i leave the bonding before i finish up with multi finish

    I "always" let the bonding coat set, then put on the multi finish.
