bonding out chimney breast wall

its my first time on here. Just bought my first house and have completely gutted it. I ripped the chimney breast down but have been waiting ages on someone to bond out the exposed wall. I think im going to have a bash at it myself. I'll be eventually covering all walls with plaster board and getting them skimmed, but whats the process in bonding this out to roughly level out the wall before I put the plasterboard on.


hopefully starting tomorrow so any help would be appreciated

If your going to cover the walls with pasterboard & get it skimmed, why do you want to apply Bonding plaster? Are the large holes/bad levels?
