Not sure if this will help, but I recently did a wheel bearing on Mrs. Avocet's Skoda. It was a bolt-in bearing pack. The three screws that held the bearing pack to the front upright were 70 Nm plus 90 degrees, but I don't think they were the stretch type. The big bolt that tensions the wheel bearing itself and goes into the end of the driveshaft WAS a stretch bolt (200Nm + 180 degrees).
Anyway, the bit that might be useful, is that if the OP has a set of metric thread gauges, you can sometimes tell if the old bolt was a stretch bolt, because the pitch of the threads isn't quite right after they've been used. I was surprised, but when I offered the thread gauge up to the new bolt, it was an exact fit at the appropriate pitch (1.5mm I think), but against the old bolt, it was slightly, but visibly out.
