Bosch Cooker Hood problem! Please help!!

Hi,

I have a newly installed Bosch DKE636BG cooker hood. Unfortunatly it's working in reverse, blowing air instead of sucking and the electrician that installed it has gone away for three months. Does anyone know what's wrong/how I can fix it?!

The extractor hose has been fitted to the input instead of the output of the fan assy., remove the cover & swop over.

Hi JJ, reviving a very old post but we are experiencing this and I can see you're still active here. Trying to fix this myself, could you give a brief description of how this would be done please? Is it a case of removing the covers/ filters and switching something internally? Thanks for any time you can give me

Is it a recirculating hood or extracting to outside?
