After every few washes my Bosch dishwasher will not start its cycle until I pull it out, tip it backwards and let a pint or 2 of water drain out. At the end of the cycle the inside is dry and it seems to have fully drained but still get this residual water problem every few days. Have checked pipes and traps for blockages.
Could this be water entering from the inlet pipe?
