I recently bought a second hand Bosch HydroSensor that had been used for a month, and then stored for a year or so. The machine is in pristine condition, and worked immediatly we plumbed it in.

However, this morning when I switched the machine on to do a wash the water wouldn't fill.

The cold water feed hose is attached, switched on at the mains, and I have checked the filters on both ends of the pipe (rigid black plastic) for blockages - nothing.

Since posting this the machine has worked once, but stopped with 1 minute to go before the end of the programme (on the LCD). Now the machine just sounds as if it is draining, and whenever a programme is selected the full total minutes do not show - ie Eco programme usually shows 65, now shows 32.

Any idePlease please help.

Kind regards

Julie

Somes this means that there is water in the base of the machine. There is a float switch to detect when there is a leak and once this is activated, the machine will enter the draining cycle to pump down any excess water.

check the base of the unit to see if any water is held there. failing that the polystyrene float switch could be faulty.
