Bosch dishwasher wont empty

My dishwasher wont empty, its full of dirty water, ive check the outlet pipe for blocakages and its clear, is it something serious. could it be the pump???

help my hands are suffereing

Bail it out, remove the filters and have a look into the bowl area. On the left side of the bowl you're looking for a cover with two screws. If that cover is there, take the screws out, pull the cover up. Check carefully in the pump impellor for a broken piece of glass (most common item) or anything that's stopping the pump running).
If the cover isn't there then you've a major strip down job on your hands ot get to the pump

Thank you so much, there was only one screw and as its bosch was a star shape head, managed to find a alan key to fit it though and its now fully funcitioning, ( it was a piece of plastic jammed in there)
