Over the weekend my bosch dishwasher decided that it was not going to work. It will fill with water and it will drain. Once it fills the arms on the bottom does not move much and the spray arm on the top does not move at all. It also is making noises that it did not make before. I have checked the filter and arms for obstructions. Nothing. I have run the diagnostic test and nothing. Any ideas?

Thank you for the info. The Model # is SHU9952UC/12. I hear the pump motor turn on when the water has filled the dishwasher.
