Bosch drill scrapey noise

Hiya guys,

Picked up a new bosch li-ion 18v cordless the other day from screwfix as the batteries in my other one are pretty useless. I went to use it today to do a lil diy and it sounds a little odd on lower speeds and at mid speeds there's a little scrapey noise at the same point on rotation like its catching/uneven.

Had a few drills before and they've never sounded like this one but its my first bosch. This sound ok?

Really didn't seem right and started cutting out. Screwfix replaced without any hassle, new one sounds much smoother when rotating and been fine so far Kudos to screwfix.
