My first post and I hope someone can help.
I started the wash, the soap was taken but than after a few minutes the machine did not carry on. It may be because I chnaged settings.
The red indicator - for wash was flashing. I switched off and started again and the a few times and same happens. Rend indicator for wash flashes.
After a while I can open the door and there is some water in the drum.
What do i need to do? Thank you

I have the exxcel 7 and if it has a mad moment I unload power down power up and then set it for a rinse /spin when its finished hopefully it should have defaulted back to basics .
The exxcel's are good but they have the worst manuals ever written.
I cant gaurentee it will work as mine is a different model but it certainly wont do it any harm to try.
