I have a bosch built-in double oven. I removed the door from the lower (larger) oven following the instructions. The door was replaced without problem....however....it no longer closes tight to the oven body.

The result is loss of heat and increased noise (it's a fan oven). I've looked and can see no way to make the door fit tight as it originally did.

There is no damage to the door or the hinge that I can see.
The door "falls away" from the body by about 3-5mm at the top.
There is no damage to the seals.
There is no "debris" in the base stopping the door.
There is a screw beside the hinge on the door - these have NOT been touched - do they simply retain the cover?

Any help welcomed!

If the door is refitted properly then you need new hinges and possibly recievers.

Is that a big job and can it be done with the cooker in-situ?

Many thanks

Easy enough job but can't be done in situ if the receivers need changing.
