I have quite a few of these cases and I have noticed on the larger
boxes between the red clips that hold the lid closed there is
another clip but I have know idea what purpose it has?
anybody got any idea's

to lock the case with a small padlock ??

Is it just a blank-off plate where the other handle would normally be, because you wouldn't pick up the larger sizes vertically like you would the 'normal' ones?

I think you are correct Rsgaz its were the other handle
would be on the smaller boxes, same lids for all boxes.
It was just the way they had put this piece in that moves
when you pull it that puzzled me.
