I noticed today that the bottom of my exterior patio door frame has started to rot. Please see pic 1. The brown stuff in front of rot is what i scraped out with a knife.
Wondering how best to fix it?
Also you can see in other pic that there is sealant along where the door meets concrete however i think it has maybe worn away from part which has rotted. Would this help keep water out if i resealed area after fixing rot?
