Hi All
First post here.
I have a Ferroli (Yes I can hear the groaning, I was skint) HE26c which apart from being rebuilt under warranty once has been fairly reliable.
I recently replaced the taps and braided feeds under the sink and since then I have noticed that the boiler fires briefly after cold tap shut off. This also occurs when the bathroom tap shuts off. the kitchen CWF comes off the main stopcock on a yorkshire fitted equal 15mm T, the main feed then goes on to the bathroom downstairs up and over the back door. After the kitchen tap CWF it runs behind the units and subsequently feeds the dishwasher and the washing machine from a service valve then up to the CWF boiler inlet.
There are NO dead legs on this system, the system was the same as prior to the tap and feeds change, no extra lengths have been added.
Closing the cold tap VERY slowly will prevent a trigger but not all the time. The main stop cock has been turned down and the cock which isolates the CWF feed BEFORE taps and machines and boiler has been reduced as much as possible without turning it off which HAS prevented the boiler triggering randomly when the CH is on (resulting in a confused PCB and an A01 error)
Beyond that I'm stumped. Any ideas??
