Are there any half decent looking alternatives to having to use a really deep fascia as the side section of a box end? Got a pair to do on my garage and would be nice to avoid having to buy a 400mm deep 5m length and only use about a foot of it. Thought I could try and get away with a bit of 250mm deep board, upright, then I’d be left with a cut edge on the underside but could use a corner trim? Not sure that’d look as good tho as I’d have the corner trims across both sides and bottom....can’t imagine it’d look too bad tho

Yes you can ‘cheese it’ if you want but bear in mind any joins will look a lot dirtier in years to come. Our plastics supplier sells 400 board by the metre. Some places by half a length. You won’t need to buy a whole length.
