I was just wondering if tile manufacturers employ a specially trained person to glue the top tile of every pack to the cardboard box or is it something anyone can do?

Thats a five year apprenticeship which also includes being able to throw the boxes around so half the tiles have the corners chipped off

Not as skilled as the guys who squirt the squiggly wax bits between every single tile though.

You mean those squiggly bits that are there to stop the tiles knocking together in the box and getting damaged but never seem to work,the same squiggly bits that get stuck in the adhesive no matter how careful you are at removing them all DAM THOSE SQUIGGLY BITS

Yes thats the ones. They end up everywhere, in the adhesive, in your tool box, in your underpants etc.
