can anybody help i have a boxer combi boiler fitted(when i bought house)
the boiler runs doesn't fire then red lock out light comes on,i've had 5 guys look at it & spent a few quid on parts with no look at all.
i stoped warmsure engineer & asked for advised said to replace pcb,still no good ,should i call bg ????????

What does the 'boiler runs' actually mean?

The fan spins, the boiler is sparking?

what i ment to say was fan runs i can then hear a spark for about 1 secound, then red lock light comes on

You need a competent engineer who offers a no-fix no-fee.

I just dont understand how you can pay a muppet who changes parts which are not faulty!
