Hi
I have a fairly old BPT system installed: H200 entry panel; E310 PSU; XP/3 handsets (3 of them).
It has worked pretty well for 10+ years, but following a fairly close lightning strike the H200 and one of the handsets have failed.

I was advised to change the H200 audio module (this fix worked after a previous lightning strike). Done, and no change.

There is no beep at the H200 when the call button is pressed, but 2 of the interior handsets beep. There is no audio other than that.
The panel light of the H200 is also not working.
I have tried plugging one of the working handsets into the non-working unit, with no result.

Is it possible that the E310 is damaged? How can I check this?

Check voltages at psu ….as it is multi output ….better to first check with items disconnected as one of these may be shutting down the psu ..

Check at these pairs

I disconnected the mains power for 60s before testing
Before re-connecting, disconnected the + power feed to the HA200 and the handsets
Tested:

Pair B7/8: 12.07v
Pair B9/11: 18v
Pair B 10/11: 0v
Pair C 1/5: 12v

Re-connected the + feeds and re-tested the PSU. Got the same values.

Forgot to mention initially that the gate motor triggers correctly from all of the handsets
