Hi,

I need a fitting for a pressure washer. Brass, alloy or stainless.

The fitting will be male/male

M22 to M14 (reducer)

The M22 is the common pressure washer high pressure hose connector and I understand is a fine thread pitch (1.5mm)

The M14 needs to be a coarse pitch (2mm)

Advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

Most brass plumbing fittings are BSP threaded, and tend to be imperial sized. Metrix sized finer pitched threads are only found on smaller metal to metal fittings like tap tails etc

Even then though a 14mm (M14) fitting is not a usual size of plumbing fitting either.

All pressure washers I have seen simply use an outside tap fitting

Yeah. Outside tap connector set. Either plastic or brass. Buy in all diy outlets

Is this to go on the high pressure side of the pressure washer (the outlet from the pressure washer)?
