Brass insets on Danfloss TRV

Does anyone know what the brass fittings in the TRV packs are?
I have just bought dual way Danfloss valves with locskshield.

i cannot work out what the little brass tubes are for.

Conversion olives, for 8 and 10mm pipe.

How ittle? If they're pencil lead diameter they're for shoving in holes to limit how far you can turn the head.
