I don't recall Kim Jong Un, nor Lukashenko targeting boats that approach their coastline, nor technically raping women, nor admitting to assaulting women, nor funding genocide, nor rounding up thousands of immigrants for deportation, nor threatening to invade their peaceful neighbours.
