That a matter for boris`s conscience . But Starmer thinks that is the right thing to do otherwise he would not have called for it so why would he compromise his own principles because of someone else .

Starmer didn’t lie. The police investigated last year and said no rules were broken.

Starmer is as honest as they get for a politician. I'm certain, actually more than certain that he will do the right thing and resign if found guilty. I guess that will result in Boris going as well. Then we will have two now people making promises and rules that they may never stick to.
