Breeze Block's Load Weight???

Hi all, am new to the forums, so hello. I have a question regarding how much load weight can breeze blocks take?. I have just today got a new 40" samsung LCD and wall bracket, but have noticed that the wall i want to mount the bracket and LCD on is breeze block, how much load weight can breeze block take?? The wall bracket itself is approx 12kg, and the LCD approx 15kg, so lets round up to 30kg, can breeze block withstand this amount of weight?

The length of the bracket is a major factor i.e. how far can tv be from the wall at max distance. ?

The max extended length of the arm is 25" i beleive, but i would never have it extended that far
