Brick colour match?

Our builder told us he would brick match our garage conversion and this is the result. I'll not be happy coming home to this at the front of the house each day. How do I approach our builder?

The Tudor bricks from 10 years ago will not be the same as the Tudor bricks you buy at the merchants today.

The engineers should have lined through though.
