I am looking make a better job of the brick work above this window, As i have a steel spreader going in to support a steel for a shed dormer. Having removed the inner brickwork i have discovered on the outer brickwork their is no lintel above the window.
The window is 800mm wide. Dont want to open up the outer wall until i have scaffolding up which will be much later on in the project. Is their any reason why i cannot put concrete lintel back in on the inner wall and fit separate lintel for the outer skin later on.
Any help much appreciated
