Anyone had any experience with BG Home Care?

My boiler has given up I think is it worth taking Home Care out on my Boiler and then calling them up to come sort it out??

You could give it a try,but boiler is subject to a first inspection and usually that will cost you to put it right.
Why not try their one off repair? You tell us nothing of your boiler other than it has failed.

The boiler when switched on clicks once, fires up for a very short time, goes off clicks repeatedly and never relights.

The radiators are cold also the water. Pressure is 1.5, thats about as much as i know, sorry

Make/model? How do you get it to go through the initial firing sequence, does it light briefly every time you first turn it on?

Biasi 24s.

It clicks once, the fires up, goes off after a a short time, and then clicks continually and doesnt fire back up.

Sorry not a expert on boilers, a mother with 2 kids I am an expert on :)

Ah I see this is now your third post tonight on this subject - please try to be a bit more patient, the guys on here are voluntary and might have better things to do with their Saturday afternoons than answer everyone immediately. Agile on these forums has quite a lot to do with Biasi I think, I'm sure he'll be along soon enough to give you some advice

You can not take insurance out after the damage has been done, and then expect a pay out.

Good post Bengasman

Seems it is OK for a custard to shaft a Company but if the Company trys to shaft a custard then......................

they will repair it and put it on contract at a price phone them and ask, no point trying to blag it as the engineer will inspect it before accepting it on contract
