Is the moving of the boiler a breack of contract for BG HC

Gotta have my 2p's worth, if it was me moving it, I would not have guaranteed anything, just because it was working before it was moved does not mean it will work after its moved, any old crap could have become dislodged and ended up in the pump, flue seals could have disintegrated when moving the flue, gas pressures is probably installation. But this would all have been explained to the customer beforehand. The guy was paid to move the boiler, not to repair any issues that may have arisen from the move.
