I was staying with friend in Torrevieja, Spain. the toilet wasn't flushing properly and I lifted the lid off the cistern and you've guessed it. It fell on the floor and smashed. It's Sangra, model S6R Venecia according to a shop assistant. We were told you could get lid from factory. Then after paying the plumber E700 to replace the ballcock +flushing system inside the cistern. we thought, 'only need to get lid'. Then told we need to buy the whole cistern. Any one any suggestions?
