Broken door lock

Just noticed my door lock has suddenly stopped working. The key wont go in on the inside and the socket is upside down. It works ok on the outside.
Pretty sure ive changed the barrel on a upvc door before, but it seems this one wont come out separately and i cant see how to replace it. Any ideas?
