Broken floor tiles, finding a replacement help

Hi,

I have a little issue where I need to replace 5 floor tiles which are approximately 450mm square where they have badly cracked from uneven floor below. I know they are from b and q (not the best I know) but they are discontinued. My floor is 16m square and so im obviously reluctant to replace the floor for 5 tiles. Does anyone have any ideas, or is there somewhere I could source or even have made replacements?

If you have the Bar Code you may be able to pick up replacements on E-bay?

You may have to Chase around to get the Bar Code then E-Bay?
