Broken Radiator Valves

Hi All,

I have just moved into a house and it has those plastic thermal valves deeleys (TRV i think they are called). Anyway, they have snapped all of the white twisty thermastats off the top of them. Is their any way i can replace the plastic bit without replacing the whole valve?

Yes just take a head off & go to plumbers merchant shop thingy they should sort you out

I bought a whole new TRV off eBay for cheaper than a plumbers merchants and then just used the head. The actual valve is still in the cupboard somewhere....

It's easy to replace the head, it just screws off, you dn't even have to turn the water off.
